NEW OnlineGiving.org Giving Widgets: Progress Bar Display Mode
We're excited to introduce a streamlined "Progress Bar Only" display mode for OnlineGiving.org giving widgets. This mode transforms the widget into a simple, standalone progress bar, providing a clean and focused view of fundraising progress. When enabled, only the progress bar is displayed, creating a minimalistic visual, perfect for embedding on any church webpage.
For those preferring both the progress bar and the donation springboard, the standard mode on the giving page remains ideal. However, this new feature caters to church admins who need only the progress bar for various purposes, such as tracking campaign progress on informational pages or standalone displays.

NEW OnlineGiving Giving Widgets: MinistryPlatform Program Integration
We’re excited to announce that a new enhancement is now live for OnlineGiving.org’s Giving Widgets specifically designed for MinistryPlatform churches utilizing the progress bar feature. This update allows administrators to optionally sync progress bar totals directly from MinistryPlatform Programs linked to specific funds.
When enabled, the OnlineGiving.org MP integration will automatically query MinistryPlatform for total donation information tied to the associated programs and the specified start date. Additionally, any pending donations from OnlineGiving.org that have not yet been recorded in MinistryPlatform are included in the total. This provides a comprehensive view of the fund’s progress, ensuring that the progress bar reflects all contributions, including those from other payment types such as cash, check, or other methods recorded within MinistryPlatform but not through OnlineGiving.org.
Please Note: Enabling the MP Sync feature will automatically query donation totals when the widget loads. The actual page loading speed will depend on the response speed of the MinistryPlatform server when retrieving totals. If speed is a critical factor for your users, consider disabling this option.
