OnlineGiving.org Chatbot Text Message > Expiring & Expired Messages > Now Automatically Sent Out on Same Number User Last Used
We're pleased to report an enhancement is now live to the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel > Chatbot Builder > Settings > for the Expiring & Expired Text Message notification feature. The update enhances the feature to allow the system to send the expiring/expires text message notification out on the same phone number the user last used for the chatbot conversation. Prior to the update, the expiring/expired text message notification was always sent out on the secondary Twilio phone number (if configured). Moving forward, with new chatbot text message sessions, the platform will track which Twilio phone number the user was communicating over and use that same number to send out the expiring/expires message notification. Kindly note that this update only applies to accounts with a secondary Twilio phone number configured, which is optional.
