New Chatbot Daily Report
We're pleased to report an update is now live that enhances the chatbot builder with a settings panel that allows church chatbot administrators to configure one or more emails to receive a daily chatbot report. The daily chatbot report once a day and contains a summary of the totals for the open vs completed conversations for the previous day. Church chatbot administrators can configure the email reports on a per chatbot level to allow specific church staff members to easily receive reports for only the chatbots they desire.

Optional Custom Cover-the-Fee Label now Available
An optional update is now live for those churches who use the cover-the-fee feature. The optional feature allows a church administrator to customize the cover-the-fee language from the Online Giving control panel under Giving Settings. Church administrators may contact support@onlinegiving.org to request the new language setting/customization be added to their account. With that being said, it's important that any church desiring to customize this verbiage take into account that the customization will be used on all donation and custom-forms.
TouchPoint ChMS > Record Cover-the-Fee into Dedicated Donation Record under Custom TouchPoint Fund
An optional update is now live for TouchPoint ChMS churches to allow donations with cover-the-fee enabled to be recorded as two donation records; the first donation being recorded with the base donation amount and under the donor selected fund and the second donation being recorded with the cover-the-fee amount under a dedicated cover-the-fee fund. The goal of the update is to provide TouchPoint ChMS churches with the ability for cover-the-fee amounts to be recorded into dedicated donation records for fund tracking purposes. To take advantage of this feature church administrators may reach out to support@onlinegiving.org with the TouchPoint cover-the-fee Fund ID to have the feature enabled for the church account.
