MP Custom Form - Prayer Request
An update is now live that that enhances the MP Custom Form integration to detect the presence of a "Prayer Request" field response. In the event, a prayer request is detected the software will now record a feedback entry into the provided prayer request program
Chatbot > Rock RMS Person Matching Extended to Optionally Include Birthdate
An update is now live that adds support for updating the birth date for the associated Rock RMS Person matched (or created by) the chatbot. Specifically, the chatbot will now record the birth date when present as a parameter (birthdate) into new Rock RMS Person records and into existing (matched) Rock RMS Person records when the birthdate is not already present.
Chatbot > Rock RMS Group Action > Updated to Allow Group ID to be Entered into Input
Additionally, we updated the Rock RMS chatbot add to group action to allow the church administrator to supply the Rock RMS Group ID directly. The choice to allow the church admin to supply the group id directly allows flexibility for any Rock Group ID to be supplied. This also avoids Online Giving having to cache all of the Rock RMS Groups as that could cause delays in the chatbot builder page load. You may now design chatbots to add a person to any Rock RMS Group as you see fit.
