NEW Churches May Request an Overwrite on the Max Number of Giving Pages/Custom-Forms shown in Giving Website Navigation
A new custom option is now live that allows churches to request an increase in the max number of giving pages/custom-forms to be displayed in the giving website navigation header before trigging the "More" dropdown menu. To clean up overcrowded navigation menus, last year, OnlineGiving.org deployed an update to introduce a "More" dropdown menu on the giving website navigation menu. By default, if a church has more than 2 total giving-pages or custom-forms configured to be visible in the giving website navigation menu, then OnlineGiving.org will automatically display a "More" dropdown menu with those options listed to ensure a clean and easy-to-use navigation menu for donors. The update today allows for churches to request that more than 2 options to be displayed without the "More" menu. Kindly note we're happy to accommodate up to 4 displays but need to limit it to no more than 4 (upon request) to avoid a downgraded user experience.
