One Church Software Contribution CSV Spreadsheet Export Now Available
An update is now live that adds a new export option for exporting donations to One Church Software. Currently, One Church Software is a closed system that does not allow direct API integration. For this reason, we've added a new donation export option called "Export One Church Software CSV Spreadsheet". Church administrators who use One Church Software may now use the new export option to export donations into a CSV spreadsheet designed specifically for importing into the One Church Software control panel.
Prior to exporting, churches who use One Church Software should ensure the donor envelope ID is set to the associated One Church Software Person ID and ensure funds contain the One Church Software Fund Code in the Fund Envelope ID fields. Doing so will allow the export to contain the associated external Person ID and external Fund Code for each contribution.
Additionally, One Church Software churches may supply an export of individuals to our support@onlinegiving.org for any of their existing donor profiles to be updated in bulk with the external Person ID. We also have the ability to import the external list into our auto look-up feature which allows the Person ID to be auto-assigned on donor registration based on email matching.
