NEW OnlineGiving.org Rock RMS Optional Feature to Not Write to Closed Rock RMS Batches
We're pleased to report a new optional feature is now live for OnlineGiving.org Rock RMS churches that will prevent transactions from being pushed into Rock RMS batches with a Closed status. When enabled, the OnlineGiving.org Rock RMS integration will check the status of the Rock RMS financial transaction batch. If the batch is closed, a new Rock RMS batch will be created with an Open status using the same naming convention as the closed batch, and the transaction will be recorded into the open batch vs. the closed. The optional feature works for all transactions recorded into Rock RMS from OnlineGiving.org, including card, ACH, cryptocurrency, refunds, bank rejections, etc. Please note this new feature is disabled by default.
