Enhanced OnlineGiving.org QuickBooks Integration – Now with Optional Cover-The-Fee Recording on Deposit Records
We’re excited to announce a new update to the OnlineGiving.org QuickBooks integration, adding the option to record cover-the-fee portions of donations directly within QuickBooks. This enhancement allows you to allocate cover-the-fee amounts as separate line items in QuickBooks deposit records, associating them with a designated cover-the-fee account.
To activate this feature, please contact support@onlinegiving.org with the QuickBooks account name and ID number you would like linked for future cover-the-fee tracking on deposit records. See the screenshot below for a sample deposit record displaying the new cover-the-fee line item in action.
This update offers greater transparency and control, making it easier to track and manage fee-covered donations in your financial records.
Enhanced Navigation for Multi-Section Custom Forms on OnlineGiving.org
We're excited to share an improvement to OnlineGiving.org's Custom Forms: an automatic scrolling feature that enhances user navigation within multi-section forms. Now, when users switch between sections using the "Next" or "Back" buttons, the page will automatically scroll to the top of the new section, providing a smoother and more intuitive experience. This feature ensures that users can easily view the new section's content without manual adjustments, streamlining form completion on all devices.
