NEW OnlineGiving.org > Control Panel > Event Triggers > Cumulative Gift Amount Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Options
We're pleased to announce the OnlineGiving.org > Control Panel > Event Triggers > Cumulative Gift Amount feature has been enhanced with additional options for triggering an event based on cumulative gift amounts based on weekly, monthly, and yearly. Before the update, the cumulative gift amount was based on all-time totals, and the update aims at bringing additional options for event triggers for relative totals to the current week, month, or year. The updated OnlineGiving.org Cumulative Gift Amount options are as follows -
Cumulative Gift Amount (OVERALL). Trigger only ON FIRST occurrence:
Trigger an event notification after a completed gift that contains a cumulative gift amount over the supplied threshold based on the entire giving history in OnlineGiving.org for the donor. This option will only trigger an event notification on the first occurrence when the cumulative threshold is met.
Cumulative Gift Amount (OVERALL). Trigger only ON EVERY occurrence:
Trigger an event notification after a completed gift that contains a cumulative gift amount over the supplied threshold based on the entire giving history in OnlineGiving.org for the donor. This option will trigger an event notification on every occurrence when the cumulative threshold is met.
Cumulative Gift Amount (WEEKLY). Trigger only ON FIRST occurrence:
Trigger an event notification after a completed gift that contains a cumulative gift amount over the supplied threshold based on the weekly giving history in OnlineGiving.org for the donor at the time of the transaction. This option will only trigger an event notification on the first occurrence when the cumulative threshold is met. The week is Monday - Sunday.
Cumulative Gift Amount (WEEKLY). Trigger only ON EVERY occurrence:
Trigger an event notification after a completed gift that contains a cumulative gift amount over the supplied threshold based on the weekly giving history in OnlineGiving.org for the donor at the time of the transaction. This option will trigger an event notification on every occurrence when the cumulative threshold is met within the transaction week. The week is Monday - Sunday.
Cumulative Gift Amount (MONTHLY). Trigger only ON FIRST occurrence:
Trigger an event notification after a completed gift that contains a cumulative gift amount over the supplied threshold based on the monthly giving history in OnlineGiving.org for the donor at the time of the transaction. This option will only trigger an event notification on the first occurrence when the cumulative threshold is met.
Cumulative Gift Amount (MONTHLY). Trigger only ON EVERY occurrence:
Trigger an event notification after a completed gift that contains a cumulative gift amount over the supplied threshold based on the monthly giving history in OnlineGiving.org for the donor at the time of the transaction. This option will trigger an event notification on every occurrence when the cumulative threshold is met within the transaction month.
Cumulative Gift Amount (YEARLY). Trigger only ON FIRST occurrence:
Trigger an event notification after a completed gift that contains a cumulative gift amount over the supplied threshold based on the yearly giving history in OnlineGiving.org for the donor at the time of the transaction. This option will only trigger an event notification on the first occurrence when the cumulative threshold is met.
Cumulative Gift Amount (YEARLY). Trigger only ON EVERY occurrence:
Trigger an event notification after a completed gift that contains a cumulative gift amount over the supplied threshold based on the yearly giving history in OnlineGiving.org for the donor at the time of the transaction. This option will trigger an event notification on every occurrence when the cumulative threshold is met within the transaction year.
