We have exciting news to share regarding the Contains Keyword or Phrase parameter feature in the Chatbot Builder of OnlineGiving.org's Control Panel. We have updated the feature with a new checkbox that limits user responses to only one match in the keyword/phrase list. Additionally, we have made improvements to the chatbot so that the matching keyword/phrase is provided as the parameter value for parsing the chatbot Actions. By default, the chatbot allows multiple matches, but the new checkbox enables administrators to restrict users to only one match. If a user enters a response with multiple matches, the chatbot will list the matching keywords/phrases as a comma-separated value in the parameter answer. This update makes the chatbot's "Contains Keyword or Phrase" parameter type more flexible, allowing it to accept either multiple matches or force a single match.
