Enhanced MinistryPlatform Integration for Organization Contacts
We are excited to announce an upgrade to the OnlineGiving.org MinistryPlatform integration. This new feature ensures that moving forward when creating new contacts from OnlineGiving.org user profiles identified as organizations, the organization name will now be recorded as the company name in MinistryPlatform and flagged as a company contact. This enhancement streamlines data consistency and ensures smoother integration for organizational profiles.
OnlineGiving.org Custom Form Builder > MP Company Name Support
The OnlineGiving.org Custom Form Builder now includes the ability to support company names in MinistryPlatform contact records. Church administrators can optionally add a company name input field to custom forms. When completed, this field will be recognized and used during the creation of MP contact records. The feature has been designed for flexibility, recognizing various labels such as "Company Name," "Org Name," "Organization Name," or "Business Name," allowing seamless customization and accurate data collection.
OnlineGiving.org Chatbot Builder > MP Company Name Support
Our OnlineGiving.org Chatbot Builder has been updated to include company name support for new MinistryPlatform contact records. Church administrators can now add an optional input for company names in chatbot interactions. When detected, the chatbot integration will incorporate the company name into the MP contact record creation. This feature supports multiple label variations, including "Company Name," "Org Name," "Organization Name," and "Business Name," providing flexibility and ease of use.
