UPDATED OnlineGiving.org > Control Panel > Funds > View Report > Optimized with 2x Report Speed

We are excited to announce that the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel has been updated with a new feature that enables you to view reports related to the funds you have created with ease. The View Report feature has been optimized to offer a much faster report speed, which is 8.76x faster than before. This enhancement has been made to further optimize the statistical backend of the real-time report and to enhance the report speed, which will be especially beneficial for churches with a vast number of funds and sub-funds.

The Fund Report section of the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel provides a detailed breakdown of giving by fund, gift type, frequency, and scheduled recurring by frequency/installments. This feature is designed to help you understand how your funds and their associated sub-funds are performing. This detailed report can assist you in making informed decisions about your fundraising and budgeting strategies.

The update also now applies a weekly (last Monday until today) timeframe by default, instead of the year-to-date period, which was the previous default timeframe. This change will help church administrators looking to check in on the latest giving fund/sub-fund week to have a faster experience. Additionally, for performance reasons, the report is now limited to a date range of 45 days. When pulling a longer-term report, church administrators may perform multiple reports to produce a month-by-month report.

In summary, the OnlineGiving.org Control Panel's View Report feature offers a much faster report speed, making it easier for you to access and analyze your fund's performance data. The Fund Report section provides a comprehensive breakdown of giving, which can help you improve your fundraising strategies and better understand your donor's behavior.
