NEW OnlineGiving.org Add Custom Notes for Users/Donors
We're pleased to announce the new "User Notes" feature for OnlineGiving.org, which allows church donation administrators to add, manage and search notes for users/donors. Church administrators with the donor administrative role can now access the feature from the user/donor dropdown menus in the OnlineGiving.org control panel.

NEW Process4Change (NMI) Gateway Automated Failed Payment Detection for Secondary Gateway Process4Change (NMI) Processors
We're pleased to announce a live update that extends OnlineGiving.org's failed payment detection features for the Process4Change (NMI) donation account into all secondary Process4Change (NMI) processors. Before the update, automatic failed payment notification was for the primary Process4Change (NMI) processor account for detecting late failers such as ACH rejections. The update enhances this feature to work for all Process4Change (NMI) secondary processors configured for OnlineGiving.org for things such as payments or secondary donation processor accounts.
