NEW OnlineGiving.org Mobile App Designer "In App Web" Link Type Option
We're pleased to announce that we've enhanced the OnlineGiving.org mobile app designer to allow church administrators to configure webpage links to open inside the app using an in-app web browser instead of jumping out to the native web browser. Church administrators may now select the "In App Web" option in the App Designer to take advantage of the new feature. When the "In App Web" option is used for a button, image or similar, the user will no longer have to leave the mobile app to access the webpage. Instead, the mobile app will open the webpage directly in the app using the Apple/Google-approved in-app browser component. When the user is done, clicking the back hardware or close button closes the webpage overlay from within the mobile app. For your convenience, we've included a video demo of the feature in action and a screenshot on of the dropdown menu option in the App Designer below.
