Feature Updates for July 2017 - Week 27 of 52
Copy Custom Forms
An update is now live that updates the Online Giving control panel custom forms feature with a copy feature. Administrators may now easily duplicate forms using the new "Copy Form" option from the existing form drop down menu.
Chat Bot Inbound Message
An update is now live that updates the giving chat bot to ignore inbound messages over 1,000 characters in length. Typically we have found messages over this length are from spam bots or from people looking for real person interaction and not ideal for a chat bot to respond.
MP Custom Gift Description in Donation Record
An update is now live that upgrades our MP integration to allow gift description values to be recorded into a custom database column in the MP Donations table named Gift_Description. The new Gift_Description feature/update is optional and not enabled by default and requires the MP church DBA to add a new column to the Donations table. In the event your church would like to take advantage of this update please contact us via support email. Once enabled gift descriptions are recorded into the new Gift_Description column in the Donations record for easy separation/viewing.
