Virtual Terminal Fund Updates
An update is now live that allows all funds (hidden or not hidden) to be displayed in the virtual terminal for the administrator to select for donation. Prior to this update an administrator could only select non-hidden funds in the virtual terminal. The update changes the virtual terminal to display all funds/sub-funds no matter the display status.
Gift Description Task Manager Notification
An update is now live that notifies administrators of new donations with gift descriptions via the task manager in the Online Giving control panel. In the event a donor creates a new donation and includes an optional gift description the software will now place a notification in the task manager located. The message is designed to inform the administrator to allow them to review the donation (if needed). Administrators may also filter donations containing optional gift descriptions in the control panel under donations > additional filters > optional gift description. As always you may contact us if you would like the optional gift description input hidden/removed.
Update Recurring Gift - Funds Update
An update is now live for editing recurring gifts. When editing a recurring gift funds will now be displayed from the main donation form along with any fund located on a custom giving page. This will allow the donor to edit their custom giving page recurring gift to any active fund on the main donation form or on a custom giving page.
