Feature Updates for May 2017 - Week 20 of 52

Updated Gateway Message added to ACH Transaction Checker

An update is now live for Online Giving's ACH transaction checking feature. Online Giving will now update the gateway message response (along with the donation status) in the event the an ACH transaction is found as cancelled, failed or bank rejected for the Process4Change (NMI) gateway. Previously the transaction checker would update the donation status and not the message. For those who do not know, Online Giving has a internal feature that will scan for ACH transaction changes around day 10 to 15 of each approved ACH donation. Unlike card donations, ACH donations are always approved by the gateway and can take up to 15 days for the donation to settle at the bank level.

Administration Transactions Page Optimized

An update is now live that optimizes the page load time for the administration panel > view transactions/donations page. We optimized some general statistic queries causing a slow down of page loading. In addition churches who have 10 or more funds/sub-funds the mini piecharts with fund breakdowns are now hidden/disabled. Administrators will now experience faster donation page load times vs the previous week. Churches with a large amount of funds/sub-funds will see the greatest amount of page speed improvements. Additional upgrades have been planned for the future to further optimize/cache our donation statistics for an even faster experience.

Community Church Builder Individual Auto Matching and Credentials Based Login Added

An update is now live for our Community Church Builder churches that extends our integration with an sophisticated auto matching on individuals. Online Giving will now automaticly search for a matching Community Church Builder individual for each donor profile as needed using multiple criteria for the highest level of accuracy possible. In the event a match is found it's automaticly added to the donor's profile. Further, we are pleased to announce credentials based login for Community Church Builder. Donors may now sign into Online Giving using their Community Church Builder username and password.
