Kiosk Fund Based Custom Logo/Background/Screensaver
An optional update is now live that allows a church to have a custom logo, background and screensaver for a kiosk based on a specific fund. The goal of the update is to accommodate a church or non-profit that has kiosks in more than one non-profit building accepting donations under the same Online Giving account. It is now possible to theme the kiosk based on the default fund/sub-fund code for special cases that would require unique branding such as two different non-profits under the same Online Giving account. We are pleased to offer this update free of charge to all accounts that have kiosk services. To take advantage of the optional update you must contact support@onlinegiving.org with the fund (or sub-fund) name and the custom logo attached.
Breeze ChMS Integration Updated - New Batch ID
An update is now live to our Breeze ChMS integration. Online Giving will now supply a batch id in the format of MMDDYYYY to Breeze ChMS when recording donations. The update allows Breeze to automatically group donations recorded by Online Giving into batches by date. Prior to the update Online Giving did not supply a Batch ID and Breeze was generating a new batch id for each donation. The update resolves that issue by allowing donations to be recorded under the same batch id daily. Church administrators will now be able to view all Online Giving donations for a specific date simply by clicking the batch matching the date in the Breeze ChMS control panel.
Breeze ChMS Custom Card & ACH Contribution Types
An optional update is now live to our Breeze ChMS integration. Churches may now opt to have donations recorded under custom card and/or ach contribution type labels. The goal of the update is optionally allow the church to setup a custom card and/or ach contribution type label specifically for Online Giving recording. The custom contribution type labels allow the church to pull reports for donations specifically recorded by Online Giving. Kindly note this update is optional and only enabled by request. It's offered free of charge to all Breeze ChMS churches. Simply contact support@onlinegiving.org if you would like to enable this optional feature for your account.
