Feature Updates 2/2/2018
ACH Technologies Realm Export Support Added:
An update is now live that adds a new export format for ACH Technologies Realm. Churches using Realm may now export donations in the administration panel using the new Realm export option.
ICON CMO Export Support Added:
An update is now live that adds a new export format for ICON CMO. Churches using ICON CMO may now export donations in the administration panel using the new ICON export option.
Mobile Application MP Updates:
An update is now live to our mobile application MP event calendar feature that updates the "open registration" filter to take into account registration start and end dates along with the active registration boolean value. Prior to the update, the filter did not take into account the event registration start date. Additionally, an update is now live that updates the events and groups component filters to only display campus filter options in the event two or more online enabled campuses are present.
Rock RMS Update:
An update is now live that updates the Rock RMS integration to shorten the contribution description provided in the Notes field.
Donations Default Display for Current Year:
An update is now live that updates the control panel > donations page to default to showing donations for the current year. Prior to the update, the default view was overall total. Churches now view a current total first vs overall when viewing donations.
Gift Type Added to NMI (Process4Change) Gateway Records:
An update is now live that adds the gift type to the donation record in the NMI (Process4Change) gateway. Donations moving forward will have the gift type present in the merchant_defined_field_3
View Donation Button for MP Churches:
An update is now live that updates the view donation window for MP churches with a button to view the donation in the MP control panel. Prior to the update, the platform displayed the donation ID with no link/button.
Payment Information Now Included in Custom Form Email Notifications:
An update is now live that adds payment information to the custom form email notifications. Prior to the update, only the custom form data was included in the email notification. Now the email notification contains both custom form data and general payment information.
Auto Mission Trip Updating for MP Churches:
An update is now live that adds automatic mission trip updating for campaigns imported via our MP Pledge Campaign import tool. Prior to the update churches had to run the import update wizard to update pledges (sub-funds). Now the platform handles updating automatically daily. No church action required.
MP SSO Auto Email Updating:
We are pleased to announce an upgrade is now live that extends our MP integration to add automatic email updating. In the event a donor signs into Online Giving using their MP Portal Username/Password (credentials) or via single sign-on (SSO token), the system will now automaticly check their MP contact record for email changes. Online Giving will now check the email address located on the MP contact record against the OG donor profile email address and update as needed.
Additionally, we have an optional feature that churches can request to be enabled that will check for email updates for recurring donations. The optional update adds the email check/update to our recurring transaction ensuring that recurring donors have the most current email on file for recurring email notifications. MP churches will find this upgrade very handy for those who have single sign-on enabled and/or promote signing into Online Giving using their MP portal credentials.
Rock RMS Source:
An optional update is now live that upgrades our Rock RMS integration to record transactions with custom source values. We've created "OnlineGiving.org specific transaction source values for the integration to use when recording donations (see attached). Moving forward donations will be recorded under their associated source value for Rock RMS churches with this feature enabled.
Text Giver List Now Available Under Text Marketing:
An update is now live that adds a system managed text marketing list called "Text Message Givers" to the Text Marketing > Phone Lists control panel feature. Churches may now use the "Text Msg Schedules" feature to send out text message blasts to registered text givers.
Interactive Sermon Notes Feature for Native Mobile Applications:
An update is now live that adds our new sermon notes feature to the control panel for churches who use our native mobile applications. Churches with our mobile application can not create interactive sermons notes for use in their mobile application.
Knowledge Base Added to Control Panels:
An update is now live that adds our new knowledge base and support center to all church control panels. The knowledge base contains articles and user guides for both the control panel and donor giving the website. Additionally, help buttons have been added to the control panel under features with user guide support. We look forward to continuing our knowledge base articles for text marketing and our native application in the future.
