We're pleased to report your new chatbot integration for adding an individual to a CCB processing queue is now live. The new feature can be used to feed chatbot conversation information into CCB processing queues for triggering staff actions. This can be used for all types of chatbots including connection cards, baptisms, Christ acceptance and more!
