Feature Updates 3/3/2020
Chatbot > Conversation Archive Feature Released
We're pleased to report we were able to fast track the requested Chatbot Archive feature. An update is now live that enhances the Chatbot Conversations with an Archive option in the Online Giving control panel. A church administrator may now optionally archive any chatbot conversation. Once archived the conversation is hidden from the Open/Completed displays.
The conversations are still present and have their original status of completed/open. However, with the archive, they are hidden from displayed unless the viewed through the archive button/filter. The goal is to provide church administrators with a flexible method of hiding conversations from the display similar to the Gmail Archive feature, etc.
Event Triggers > New Option to Trigger based on Gift Type/Frequency
We are pleased to report an update is now live that enhances the Event Triggers feature with a new option to trigger an event based on gift type/frequency such as one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, etc. A church administrator may now trigger an event notification based on the completion of a donation based on the gift type/frequency (see attached). The event trigger can also be combined with other options to create a more targeted notification. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns with the feature upgrades.
